Cashback and Rewards Terms

1 · What cashback is and who offers it

• Cashback is a percentage of your completed order that the place returns to you as a balance on your loyalty card with it, deducted from a future order there. These terms also cover loyalty cards (stamps and rewards) and discount codes the place announces.
• The place is the provider, funder and obligor of the programme. It sets and announces the rate and conditions on its page, and what it announces binds it (E-Commerce Law, Article 10). Rasla only keeps the balance ledger and applies the discount to the order, and holds no money against balances.
• The place is responsible for any licences required for the discount offers it announces, under Ministry of Commerce rules.

2 · Earning

• Cashback is earned after the order is completed and handed over, at the rate announced when you ordered, once per order.
• It is calculated on the amount actually paid after any discount; prices include VAT.
• Earning or using it never requires location, “Share my arrival”, notifications or any other device permission.

3 · Using it

• The balance is used as a visible discount on a future order from the same place only, up to the order value.
• Balances from two places cannot be combined or used at another place, even one on Rasla.
• The balance is held when you send the order and only deducted when the place accepts it. If the order is cancelled or declined before acceptance the balance is restored.
• The discount appears as a line on your order and receipt and reduces the amount you pay.

4 · No cash value, no transfer

• The balance is not money, a payment instrument or e-money. It cannot be cashed out, refunded as money, topped up with money, or moved to another customer, account or place.
• Any refund of an order goes back to the same payment method and is never added to the cashback balance.

5 · Validity and programme end

• Your balance stays valid while the place offers the programme.
• The place may change the rate for future orders; this does not affect balance already earned.
• If the place stops cashback you are notified on the place’s page and your card, and your balance remains usable at the place for ninety (90) days from the notice date, after which any unused balance ends.
• If the place’s Rasla account closes, this is treated as stopping the programme. The place alone remains bound by any remaining balance, and you may ask us for a statement of your balance before the place’s data is erased thirty days after closure.

6 · Withdrawal and corrections

• If an order is cancelled or refunded after handover, the cashback earned on it is withdrawn by deducting its value from your balance at the same place.
• Balances added by mistake are corrected, and we or the place may suspend balance obtained by fraud or abuse, telling you why.

7 · Card, device and account

• Your balance sits on the loyalty card linked to your device; when you sign in, your cards follow you across devices.
• Deleting your account does not delete your cards at places: they stay on your device. Clearing device data without an account or a phone number linked to the card may lose access to it, so link your number on the card page if you want to recover it.
• The phone number on a card is optional and the place only sees it with your explicit permission, under the Privacy Policy.

8 · Tax

Prices include VAT, and redeemed cashback is a discount that lowers the price of the order it is used on.

9 · Complaints

Cashback and rewards complaints go to the place as the programme provider; we forward them and share the balance ledger, under the Complaints Policy.
